Throughout a brutally hot and steamy summer, the Titans have faithfully trained and prepared day in and day out for competition. From pre-dawn Core Blend strength sessions to pool workouts to Sunday afternoon long runs, our harriers have doggedly fought to become better, stronger, tougher, faster. Leading the way, ever encouraging, sometimes cajoling, occasionally pushing, Coach Ralph Moore (with the able assistance of Coach Jerrod Morse and strength/fitness/running guru Rachel Greenwall) has squeezed at least a little improvement from every runner under his direction. The time is NOW! The bus pulls out for the Saucony Battle of Atlanta Saturday morning at 5:00am sharp. The Titan's first race of the day will be the boy's varsity at 8:10. See you there.
